So this is a thread continued from Clary's introduction thread where we were talking about the lameness of Twilight, RPGing stuff, and...stuff.... in response to the last thread there, I like werewolves and vampires, though moreso the "Underworld" interpretation of werewolves (Lycans) over like...the classic Wolfman concept. As for Vampires, I prefer the Anne Rice concept, also reiterated in "Underworld" to a degree. I've never really been into witches and wizards as far as RPing goes, since it gets boring to me when everyone has the same skills...hence why my preference is superpowers/superhero type stuff.

Yes. I like the superpowers thing too - there's a lot of variety. It's fun to see what people can come up with.
Lycans are kewl. I like wolves and stuff, so yeah.. Sparkley Vampires DX .... werewolves that aren't really that vicious x.x

Yeaaah, everything about Twilight is complete bull XD Not to mention some of the more...socially unacceptable aspects like abuse and pedophilia....I will say I've never read the books or watched the movies, so I'm only speaking from what I've heard.
But yes, I love superpowers XD I always try to be unique with them, too, to a degree...such as Daniel Masters abilities, and even Mr. K's to a degree =P

I've read the books. They're actually kinda good. I don't like the big deal everyone's making about Edward though...
Mr. K's powers I dont' think I've seen before. That's not really saying much though since I dont' have a lot of experience with superpowers. What are Daniel's powers?

Well Biokinesis is not really common, but it has been used a few times in comic book characters before. *Nerd* As for Daniel, he basically has a demonic right arm, allowing him strength, speed, durability, and heat all in just that arm...it also speaks to him (in his head) and tries to tempt him into doing awful things so it's not a fun power

Must be fun to play though... So he has like a sub-conscious telling him what to do... You know both of my people's powers - acid and semi werecat.. Probably somewhat common.

Yupp exactly, only the sub-conscious isn't a part of him And I've actually had a character with acid powers before, they're a fun power to use ^^ and I've had a werecat, but never a semi-werecat XD that makes it unique, I'd say! Anita Tolkien, the headmaster's abilities are also pretty unique....but I have yet to reveal them
